I Can See Clearly Now by Hothouse Flowers
Add articles to the song below
I can see clearly now rain has gone
I can see all obstacles in way
Gone are dark clouds that had me blind
It’s gonna be bright sunshiny day
I think I can make it now pain has gone
All of bad feelings have disappeared
Here is rainbow I’ve been praying for
It’s gonna be bright sunshiny day
Look around there’s thing but blue skies
Look straight ahead there’s thing but blue skies

is my an article. I thought it was a possessive pronoun?
You are of course right, but I find students and even teachers are generally scared off by the word “determiner”, so I tend to say “articles or things like articles” in class. I have a similar policy on misuse of the word “tense”. You can of course change the worksheet before using it if you don’t agree.
too good for concept building
Come to think of it, “my” is a possessive adjective of course, the equivalent possessive pronoun being “mine”
